Rule of Three Events only collects basic personal data like name, age/ date of birth, address and email. All data is processed in the UK however for the purposes of IT hosting and maintenance this information is located on servers elsewhere. We will use your name and email address for marketing purposes to inform you of our events, offers and similar products. UK tax law requires us to keep your basic personal data for a minimum of 6 years. However, we will since we only use it for marketing purposes, it will be kept until you notify us that you no longer wish to receive this information. This information is not shared with third parties and you can unsubscribe at any time.

If at any point you believe the information we process on you is incorrect, you can request to have it corrected or deleted. If you wish to raise a complaint on how we’ve handled your personal data, you can contact us on hello@theginsociety.bar to have the matter investigated. If you are not satisfied with our response or believe we are processing your personal data not in accordance with the law you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office via https://ico.org.uk/

Rule of Three Events is registered to hold data. By purchasing tickets to our festivals or entering our competitions, you consent to this privacy notice and give us permission to process your personal data specifically for the purposes identified. No third parties have access to your personal data unless the law allows them to do so.
